"My wife became suddenly ill yesterday afternoon. I called the ER of the closest hospital only to be told we would have to wait an undetermined amount of time if it was not a life or death situation. Thinking back to our last experience there, I knew that could mean hours. We did not have that amount of time as my wife had almost lost consciousness.
"I then placed a call to Westfield Hospital and was put in touch with Lani who gave us some options to consider. We decided to chance driving to Westfield, and boy were we happy we did. ... Within five minutes, my wife was met by Bruce, RN. He was very helpful in putting her at ease, getting her a heated blanket, and gathering whatever was needed for testing. Dr.
Howard Noels (ER physician) visited with (my wife) to go over her lab results, and his recommendations for treatment. Within a few hours, my wife's condition was stable and she was resting peacefully.

Dr. Fayyazi. We wanted to let someone know how happy we were with the nurse who was with (patient name withheld) from the time we got there to the time we left. Her name was Heather. She really made such an uncomfortable and scary day as calm as it could possibly be. She was very attentive and you could truly see the compassion from her. Your facility was so clean and beautiful. We are 100% pleased with the service we received."

"I must say, the process was handled with efficiency and professionalism that I have never experienced at any other medical facility. Your facility has the sweetest, most compassionate, and warm caring staff, Never once was I made to feel as if I was an imposition or a bother, and always made to feel as if I was the most important person on the floor. Not only was my infected hand treated with great skill but my other medical issues were addressed and monitored.
